• Outlying Areas Shipping: For customers in outlying areas, we provide a shipping service that takes 2 to 5 business days to reach its destination.
2. Shipping Rates:
• Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a flat shipping rate, which is calculated and displayed at checkout. This rate is the same for all eligible items and is based on the shipping method chosen, either overnight or standard (2 to 5 days).
3. Order Processing:
• We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before our daily cutoff time will typically be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the following business day.
4. Tracking Your Order:
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.
5. Delivery Locations:
• Major Centers: Overnight shipping is available to major centers in South Africa.
• Outlying Areas: If you reside in an outlying area, please be aware that delivery may take 2 to 5 business days.
6. Shipping Restrictions:
• We currently only ship within South Africa and do not offer international shipping.

Returns
At Get Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with the items you received, please read our returns policy for guidance on how to return or exchange products.
1. Returns Eligibility:
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return, unless they are damaged or defective.

• Provide the following information when requesting an RA number:

3. Return Shipping:
• If the return is due to a mistake on our part or a damaged/defective item, Get Gifts will provide a prepaid shipping label.
